Website Design & Development

Websites to me, should scream individualism and portray companies in the same way a shop window would. Websites need to be inviting, which is why the user must always be at the front thought of any web design process. It's easy to find websites look nice but not so easy to find websites that feel nice. That's why my aim is to create websites that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also user focussed. Each and every website I create will have the end user in mind and ensure even the most novis users feel comfortable.

The Process

Before we start I will send you over a questionnaire to fill in. This questionnaire will ensure we both know exactly what you want from your site from branding through to layout. Don't worry if you aren't sure of the minor details, we can work through that together.

Along with the questionnaire, you'll need to send me your website content which can be done by dropbox or WeTransfer. This is also the time you will pay 50% as a deposit.

Having discussed the start date and how long your site build will take, I'll keep you updated with every step of the process from the template picking right through to the finishing touches. I'll then hand the site over to you with a user guide which will help you to manage your site yourself should you wish to (If you don't want to, that's not a problem, I can take care of this with a monthly retainer).

Payments & Refunds

To book, a 50% deposit is required. A PayPal invoice will be sent over to you with the 50% requested, you can then pay the remaining balance in chunks if you wish, before I complete site development. Please note, additional fees apply for website hosting with Squarespace and add ons such as Memberspace or Mailchimp.

Once work has commenced I cannot refund the 50% deposit. If you wish to cancel your order, please let me know in writing as soon as possible; each case will discussed on a case-by-case basis in relation to the final 50% payment.
