Terms and Conditions

Payments:

I accept credit and debit card payments via PayPal.

• Website design and development: When all website design and development work has been fully outlined, I will send you a PayPal invoice in which a 50% deposit is due, the final 50% is then due when all work has been completed.

• Photography: Payment is due upfront before your photography session commences

• Social media: Payment for social media marketing on a regular basis is due on the first day of each month, an invoice will be sent to you via email indicating the amount due.

Payment Plans:

I accept payment plans on a case by case basis for website design and development. Please contact me to discuss this further.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Once work has commenced I cannot refund the 50% deposit. If you wish to cancel your order, please let me know in writing as soon as possible; each case will discussed on a case-by-case basis in relation to the final 50% payment.

Referral Program

The referral scheme is only available to direct website design and development customers of www.katiehamling.com. that have been made aware of it via an email from Katie. For each client referred for a full website design or development task, £100 will be gifted as a thank you. This payment will only be made once the referred client has paid their final balance. Transfers are made via PayPal only.
