Chantal at Base 181 Studios, in Australia, had a Squarespace site that needed updating to look more professional and modern.
I worked on the site page by page, improving the design and developing the site to improve functionaility. Chantal explained what she didn't like about each page and I worked with the style to improve the look. An example of this is implementing a solid colour scheme throughout, ensuring the logo was consistent and creating a parrallax scroll.
I switched template of Chantals site based on the requirements she had, so that it had features of sites she was inspired by. I also ensured navigation was consistent and complied with UX theories so that the site was not only visually appealing but also easy to use.
I was contacted by the team at BreathGal as they needed help with some key elements on their Squarespace 7.0 site. The developments I made on this round of edits were:…
I helped Marcus with his Squarespace site, post development. There was a few issues such as spacing, font inconsistencies, incorrect links, buttons that had no purpose and over 230 lines of code that didn’t add anything to his site!
James contacted me as he needed some code adding to his Squarespace website. The tasks he needed completing were:
Stop users being able to right click > save as image on his image heavy website.
Go through the site thoroughly and check for anything that may be impacting the performance.
