Hurst View needed a new website designed and developed but wanted to keep it simple in line with their family run campsite feel. I designed and developed the site from new using hard code (HTML, CSS, PHP & JavaScript).

The above grid shows the new site, with the main features being:

  • Parallax scrolling

  • Facebook Reviews

  • Fully functioning map for directions to the site

  • Styled tables for price lists

  • Accordian lists for FAQs

  • Social media buttons in the footer

  • Downloadable PDF files to save or print

The old site had all the information it needed but needed modernising with better ways to display information such as pricing. The contact form worked well for Hurst View, they wanted to keep it so that bookings were made via email so I ensured that whilst this was still possible, the form was styled to suit the rest of the site and captured all relevant information such as arrival and departure dates.
