I have worked with Fran since April 2017 on both her website and social media to increase custom globally. This has included a number of tasks such as:
Making improvements to the existing Squarespace site and creating new content when required (such as product listings)
Adding videos to the site via YouTube that do not show suggested videos at the end
Inserting buttons into certain pages that will allow the user to email Fran about a certain product, and pre-fill the subject line accordingly
Understanding the user journey and suggesting improvements to the existing website based on this
Posting regularly to Instagram using scheduling software to increase follower count to over 28,000
Knowing which hashtags to use dependent on product type and audience
Creating quality content through the use of Photoshop and Lightroom
Building a Pinterest profile from scratch
Carefully considering analytics both on the website and on social media in order to recommend improvements, such as when to post and who to target
Improving SEO (search engine optimization) to increase visibility and global custom
Understanding the brand in order to interact with customers and understand what they want

I continue to work with Fran on a weekly basis to improve her website and perfect her business. An example of this is adding a cookie banner to her site that fits her style and brand, complies with GDPR laws and makes sense to her. I enjoy working with Fran and the analytics are proof alone that what we're doing is really having an impact on her business.
